2008 SNMA Region II Conference
October 17-19th, 2008
Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science

Greetings from The Chicago Medical School Student National Medical Association Chapter of the Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science!!!

It is with great pleasure that we serve as the host chapter of the 2008 Region II Conference during the weekend of October 17-19, 2008. Home to four distinctly unique colleges of healthcare professions, Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science is one of a few institutions focused on the development of interprofessional skills in its vast student body from The Chicago Medical School, The Dr. William H. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, The College of Health Professions and The School of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies. Our state of the art facilities provide an excellent environment for students from a variety of healthcare endeavors to acquire the skills to become competent physicians, healthcare providers, and scientists.

The theme of the 2008 conference is Mission Possible: Saving Lives One Patient at a Time. We have a weekend full of events designed to keep you busy, entertained, and engaged. We have a variety of informative workshops designed to for address the needs and concerns of both premedical and medical students. An added bonus this year is the opportunity to meet and network with many of our Distinguished Alumni of The Chicago Medical School, as our conference coincides with The Chicago Medical School Alumni Weekend. We hope that you will take advantage of the opportunity to network with some of the finest physicians from across the region, as well as to explore the myriad of opportunities our Chicago-land campus has to offer.

Sincerely,
